My superpower is my tenacity and my personal mantra is ‘never leave anything to chance’.
As a seasoned Product Manager, I’ve dedicated over a decade to mastering the intricacies of product management, coaching, and agile methodologies. My journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of challenging the conventional, always questioning the status quo, and fostering an environment that celebrates non-conformity. I firmly believe that the most impactful products are born out of diverse, cross-functional teams that are not only empowered but also deeply passionate about the solutions they bring to life.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to witness the transformative power of products that truly resonate with their audience. This experience has only deepened my conviction in the importance of building and nurturing products that people genuinely love and connect with.
My passion extends beyond just building great products. I’ve discovered a profound joy in mentoring and coaching both Product Managers and Product Designers. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide these talented individuals, helping them navigate the complexities of their roles, and ultimately, setting them on a path to achieve remarkable success in their careers.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I’m proud to be the author of two critically acclaimed books: “The AI-Powered Product Manager: Combining Strategy and Technology” and “From Zero to Offer – The AI & ML Product Manager Interview Playbook.” Both of these titles are available on Amazon and at major retailers worldwide. Throughout my time with Vulkanostudio, I monitored project completion in agreement with approved timelines and communicated daily programme needs to team members while verifying the timely completion of necessary components. I additionally advised customers on evolving consumer trends and available improvements, then enacted advancements to client products and projects. Furthermore, I spearheaded financial analysis and governed monetary activities. I also negotiated project deliverables with clients and uncovered customer needs in order to generate tangible solutions for optimal business function. Some of my select contributions include: • Cultivated team-oriented culture and synchronised goals across departments. • Augmented available services by 700%; unveiled products across cybersecurity, cloud-to-company solutions, and coding activities. • Facilitated sale of codes and plugins to partner technical companies; cultivated positive working relationships with external organisations.

Fiebre Latina Online Magazine
As director of Fiebre Latina Online Magazine, I managed the production and content design of an independent digital magazine, championing strategic development and ongoing evolution in conjunction with fluctuating digital trends. I also presented information on London proclivities in 100% Spanish content targeting global audiences aged 18 to 40. My work was recognised for ongoing innovation in the digital magazine industry across international awarding bodies, especially after I pioneered digital magazine distribution in the Latin American market and generated considerable revenue from publicity in partnership with global fashion brands. At the conclusion of my time with Fiebre Latina, I aided the negotiation and sale of the company to an American buyer.
