Product Manager Timetable

To be successful in the role as a Product Manager, I had to develop some talents like time management, empathy, persistence and collaborative intrapersonal skills.

The timetable that I have been followed for some time now helps me to be up to date with my work and create a really positive impact on projects developed.

9:00 am check emails and technology news

10:00 am metrics dashboards, customer feedbacks and reviews in different platforms. ( analyze data)

11:00 am to 11:15 Team stand up meetings sprint boards and backlog board

Let the team know how the metrics looks every day

12:00 to 13:00 Write specs, tickets, user histories, for upcoming releases

13:00 lunchtime

14:00

Monday: Sprint planning, sprint grooming or retrospective of the last sprint

Meetings with other Products Managers or Stakeholders and work on cross-team planning on new features.

Meeting with the data science team to discuss the recent researches and look for exploratory data from user behaviour to help me to come up with the right solutions for future features

Fridays:

accomplished presentations to other teams or open house meetings and chats.
Meet new employees and help them to understand the vision and features of the product.

15:00 to 17:00  emails

17:00 to 1800 participate in some course with all the team.
