Agile does not fix poor HR compensation process that does not set the right people’s behavior.
Agile is not magic nor a silver bullet!
Agile makes it all visible & transparent, but a substantial intentional effort needs to be taken by those in the process willing to fix such things.
Agile has tons of concepts, tools, techniques, frameworks (you name it) that can be used to fix/improve such things. Still, all the people involved need to participate with the right intention in mind, from leadership to individual contributors.
